What do we do with the information that we gather?
We use this information to get your order to you, let you know when it is coming and to prevent fraud. We also use this information to send you emails about training and products.
We will send out emails about our work periodically. You can stop these by calling Claire on 07888685374 or emailing claire@bodysenseeducation.co.uk at any time. You can also click the unsubscribe link in any of the emails.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Payment
We use Stripe to process our payments, they will store your credit card details. Your purchase transaction data is only stored for as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card/debit information by our shop and its service providers.
Third Party Services
Bodysense Education will not disclose any of your information to any third parties.
Social Media
Bodysense Education uses a limited amount of social media but may occasionally use it to market our cloth models. If you interact with us on social media you are consenting and allowing us to interact with you.
If you tag us in a photo that we rate we may share this across our social media accounts. By interacting with us you are consenting that we can use images or comments royalty free without limitation. If you are unhappy with this please let us know and we will stop.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement all generally accepted industry standards. We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law. We hold all your information until you no longer hold an account with us or until you specify that you no longer want to hear from us.

Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual and help us to provide you with a better website, tailoring it to your needs. You can choose to accept or decline cookies, this may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.

Shipping
The cloth models are the only product that will need to be shipped. Once the models are made they will be shipped using a Parcelforce 48 service. The cost for this in the uk is £35 which fully insures the cost of the models. The cost to send to Europe is £120 and Worldwide is £210. Again, this provides full insurance.
Returns
You can not return any downloadable resource. Costs around these resources are kept to a minimum to make them accessible but they may not be returned.
The cloth models are made to order and therefore can not be returned for any reason other than a fault with a model. For 12 months after purchase any cloth model with a fault relating to the manufacture will be mended. The purchaser will be liable for the postage to send the models for repair, the return after the repair will be paid for by Bodysense Education.
Due to the potential for wear and tear of the models over a longer period there would be a mending cost associated with any repair after 12 months. If you are in need of repair after 12 months from your purchase please contact claire@bodysenseeducation with photos and you will be sent a repair quote and details of where to send your damaged model.
