Prices

Bodysense Education reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our online site at any time. The price payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are confirmed as ordered.

Currency

All prices are shown in British Pounds – currency conversion is subject to exchange rates at time of order.

Cloth model colours, clothes and hair

Colours can vary from those shown on your computer, the clothes and hair will be different depending on what was available when the models were made.

Payment Methods and Processing

Vagari currently accepts Visa,  Mastercard and American Express as well as invoice requests. Goods are sent when the total amount has been approved and debited from your account. Placing your order means you are engaged in a contract and that you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered.

As the cloth models are made to order, there will be a 4-6 week making time from order to delivery. You will be kept informed throughout this process. Delivery charge for cloth models is £35 in the UK, £120 to Europe and £210 Worldwide.

All parcels are shipped using Parcelforce and are fully insured for the cost of remaking the models should they get lost or damaged by the courier.

International Orders

Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

Returns

You may not return any downloadable resource or cloth models as they are made to order.

Warranty

The cloth models are covered under a manufacturers warranty for 12 months. Therefore they will be repaired free of charge within 12 months if there is any damage to the models, caused by the fault of the manufacture. This does not include excessively rough handling of the models or wilful damage. After 12 months we offer a paid for repair service.

Any models sent back to us for repair must be sent using a tracking system. We are not liable for any models sent through the post untracked.

Please note postage and packaging will not be refunded but the models will be returned to you after the repair free of charge.
